The members of the Seven Devils Planning Board have worked diligently
the past two years to completely rewrite the Zoning Regulations and
Subdivision Regulations, along with Construction Regulations and
guidelines that we believe will result in the development of your
town in a manner that will cause the least disruption to the quality
of life of its residents and to the environment that we hold so dear.
You may wonder why we have added so many new regulations. We felt
it necessary to address the problems we have experienced and to
prevent problems most municipalities are experiencing from growth.
We appreciate any comments or suggestions you have concerning
our areas of responsibility and will welcome your attendance at
our board meetings at Town Hall. Our normal meetings are held the
third Monday each month at 5:30 PM.
